We encourage you to contact us or come by if you have any questions regarding your property value. If you DID NOT receive a notice by mail you can find a protest form here. You can mail your protest form to our office or feel free to email your protest form to protest@polkcad.org. If you would like to file your protest online please visit our Online Protest page. Please be aware that the Protest Deadline is May 15, 2024.
What should I bring with me in order to discuss my property? Listed below are a few things that will make the process run smoothly if you are experiencing issues with your property:
- Photos (time stamped)
- Documentation regarding values (quotes, cost of repairs, receipts, appraisals)
- Evidence of Reasoning why your property values need attention.
